We offer 3 different plans to our agents:
1) $50.00 per month / $300 per transaction / 100% Commission
2) $250.00 per month / 50 per transaction / 100% Commission
3) $30.00 per month / 80/20 Split (Agent keeps 80%)
Annual cap is at $6,000 dollars so high producers don’t keep paying more. There is no roll
over or payment of the difference in case you don’t meet the cap.
 

Do You Qualify?
1) All agents must have a license in good standing with the Georgia Real Estate
Commission.
2) All agents must become members of the Atlanta Board of Realtors. We are strong
supporters of NAR, GAR and our local board.
3) All agents must have completed their post license 25hr continuing education.
